Game Generation and Moderation

Child Safety Standards
PlayVlay prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) content and behavior. This includes any sexual content involving minors, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualization of minors, or content that facilitates, depicts, promotes, or requests such exploitation.
We take action against CSAE/CSAM, including removing content, restricting features, and suspending or terminating accounts. When required, we may preserve relevant information and report to appropriate authorities. We comply with applicable child safety laws and regulations.

In-app reporting and feedback: PlayVlay provides an in-app mechanism for user feedback and reporting content or accounts. If you see content or behavior involving CSAE/CSAM, use the in-app report option and/or email us at the address above.
Children's Privacy
PlayVlay is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate removal steps, which may include deleting the account and associated data.
Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as needed for service operation, security, dispute handling, and legal compliance, then delete or anonymize where feasible.
